LES SENS DU VIN - The  Senses of Wine

The Senses of Wine is an initiation box to wine for non-consumers and neophytes. 
The wine is a lot of complex things, a specific vocabulary, a little bit complicated and elitist at first glance. 
Make this universe fun and accessible became my goal! 

Among the wine vocabulary, concepts, simple to understand and graphically interesting to use, were selected to develop a graphic code illustrating, sufficient but nonexhaustively to initiation, the concepts of general appearance, aroma, and flavors.

Wine tasting is an invitation to the senses. So this package offers the opportunity to make his own fun wine experience around three primary senses: sight, smell, and taste.

1) Sight:
4 swatches shaped like wine glasses to familiarize themselves with the colors of wines.

2) Smell:
33 bottles of recurring flavors each isolated in a flask and divided into three groups:
- The fruity aromas
- Floral and vegetal aromas,
- The empyreumatiques aromas (smells developing during aging).

3) Taste:
Five candy for five characteristics, small wine faults, most unpleasant and most recognizable among different wines:
1) Vif
2) Uneven
3) Green
4) Emaciated
5) Hollow

The senses are complemented by the book "A Short History of Wine", a small guide of Vine and Wine; discover the plant, learn the different soils, understand and enjoy the wine tasting. All the knowledge needed to explore the box.

In the manual are detachable tasting sheet, which allow to take notes faster on the wines we tasted through the code. It then becomes interesting to compare them to see their favorite wines.

And finally, this package includes a poster that shows the map of French vineyards in which through the symbols, it is easy to identify in which region we can find the flavors that we appreciate.
